At ALORA, we believe mental health care should never be a privilege. Everyone deserves access to support, understanding, and tools that help them feel less alone, regardless of their circumstances.

This resource hub was created to make mental health support accessible, compassionate, and affordable. Whether you’re looking for gentle guidance, structure, or a place to start, our resources are designed to meet you where you are, without pressure or judgement.

We offer two types of resources: free resources and low-cost resources. Wherever possible, we keep our content free. However, some of our workbooks take a significant amount of time, care, and professional input to create, so a small cost helps us continue producing high-quality, accessible support. Even then, our most expensive resource is only £2 because affordability matters.
